Responsibilities
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
Design and implement scalable and robust APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with frameworks like Express or Koa.
In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
