The successful candidate will work remotely as part of a 30-person team, contributing to scalable, high-quality software solutions. The role demands a product-minded engineer with a keen eye for detail, capable of enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
Transform monolithic applications into scalable microservices to enhance maintainability and performance.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leaders to develop actionable quarterly roadmaps.
Write clean and well-tested code to ensure the reliability and efficiency of backend systems.
Contribute to the strategic vision for enhancing backend infrastructure and services.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years in software engineering focused on designing, building, and maintaining production services.
Strong proficiency in Golang with a focus on service-oriented architecture.
A deep interest in fostering a more connected and open financial ecosystem through technology.
Experience with monolithic to microservices transformations is preferred.
