Description
As a Front End Web Developer focusing on UI/UX at Payboy, you will transform UI/UX design wireframes into code, creating visual elements for web applications.
Your role also involves developing webpage layouts and wireframes to guide development, and working closely with the design team to ensure a smooth blend of design and functionality.
Responsibilities
Develop new user-facing features.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Implement responsive design principles for compatibility across devices and browsers.
Create webpage layouts and wireframes based on project requirements.
Continuously research and implement best practices in UI/UX design and development.
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
Knowledge of responsive design and development techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
