The company is innovative, utilizing health, mobile, AI, augmented reality, and HR benefits technology. With roughly 50 employees, including 15 engineers, the company is rapidly growing post-Series A funding. They offer a competitive salary up to $200k, performance bonuses (10-20%), and potentially lucrative equity.

Responsibilities

  • Programming primarily with JavaScript and React.

  • Leading a team of about 3 engineers.

  • Creating engaging experiences for over a billion users.

  • Designing and implementing user-facing product features.

  • Ensuring secure and responsive customer interactions.

  • Working with UI, augmented reality, and AI technologies.

  • Opportunity to wear multiple hats, explore product management, customer interactions, AI, or backend roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at a fast-paced startup or leading tech company.

  • Strong design and architecture capability.

  • Expert knowledge in JavaScript and React.

  • Experience with full stack engineering is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Python and Django is advantageous.

  • Experience in startups, particularly if you've founded one.
