Join Atlassian as a Site Reliability Engineer Intern for Summer 2025 and contribute to improving software used by millions. This paid 12-week internship focuses on maintaining and optimizing production systems, working with technologies like Apache, Nginx, AWS, and more. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree program and returning after completion of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Work on production systems serving millions of customers worldwide.

  • Handle issues such as pings, pages, queries, and problems with skill.

  • Investigate and understand why systems might fail and suggest improvements.

  • Gain technical knowledge in automation, monitoring, and virtualized delivery systems.

  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to ensure system performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning after internship.

  • Experience programming in Go, Java, Ruby, or Python.

  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.

  • Interest in industry trends and technologies.

  • Experience with scripting to avoid repetitive tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to commit to a 12-week, full-time internship during Summer 2025.
