Camunda is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Monorepo DevOps team, contributing to the core processes that enhance development efficiency and quality. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate on a platform-oriented team that supports the orchestration and automation needs of global enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain core engineering processes in the Camunda 8 monorepository, such as release and dependency management.

  • Monitor and improve monorepo CI health with a metric-driven approach.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the CI strategy and promote best engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in software engineering with a track record of high-impact results.

  • Specialization in Fullstack or Backend development, preferably in JVM languages.

  • Passion for operational excellence in engineering, including CI/CD optimization and build efficiency.

  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Maven, Docker, and other CI build tools.

  • Ability to collaborate in a platform-like environment and deliver impactful solutions.
