RLDatix in Skopje, Macedonia is looking for a Senior Software Developer. This role involves working in an Agile Squad, responsible for a specific area of the Human Capital Management stack. The developer will design and develop high-quality software with a focus on engineering excellence, timely delivery, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality software design and development within an Agile Squad.

  • Review, refine, estimate, and prioritize functional changes.

  • Produce clean and efficient code adhering to relevant patterns and standards.

  • Engage in design and review processes as both an author and reviewer.

  • Troubleshoot customer production issues.

  • Ensure relevant documentation is produced and accessible.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Software Developer for at least four years.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience in collaborating within a multi-disciplinary Agile Squad.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and AWS technologies.

  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
