Grid Dynamics is searching for a Senior/Lead iOS Engineer who is highly skilled and motivated. This role involves working with talented engineers to ensure the quality of a scalable platform. The candidate should excel in delivering app features and managing teams effectively under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to develop and deliver app features.
Partner with business stakeholders and teams across geographies.
Contribute to feature evaluation, conceptualization, design, and development.
Participate in technical design and sprint planning activities.
Improve performance, scalability, and usability of app features.
Ensure app architecture aligns with privacy and security standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Monitor and support mobile apps in production.
Promote knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Leverage agile methodology for quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Strong experience in mobile development.
5+ years of experience with Swift and Swift UI.
Proficient in customizing UI or developing custom controls.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks.
Understanding of client-server development in mobile environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
