Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ years of experience managing software engineers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience partnering with internal customers.
Experience implementing DevOps best practices.
Familiarity with public-facing high-traffic e-commerce websites.
Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
