Description
SCTR Services LLC is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (PHP/Symfony) to join their dynamic and innovative team. This remote position is designed for someone passionate about developing APIs that power outstanding digital products.
Responsibilities
Develop new features and improve existing software to enhance customer experiences.
Design and build new APIs, web services, and microservices.
Collaborate on experiments, prototypes, and documentation.
Optimize code for performance and scalability.
Stay updated with technology trends.
Drive initiatives in distributed infrastructure.
Participate in SCRUM meetings.
Work with product managers and other teams for end-to-end solutions.
Mentor junior developers.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with PHP and 3+ years with Symfony framework.
Experience with Composer, Git/GitHub, Elasticsearch/MongoDB/MySQL (Doctrine), Docker.
Ability to consume and work with APIs.
Preferred experience with AWS, Terraform, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
