The Product Lead manages the strategy for Rentable's Marketing Automation Suite for multifamily owners and operators.

This role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap and ensuring its successful execution.

The candidate works with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver quality products on time.

The role focuses on driving increases in customer base, revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with product leadership to define requirements for new AI features and product enhancements.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and listen to customer feedback to generate valuable business insights.
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products within deadlines.
Lead product development from discovery to launch while ensuring smooth execution of all phases.
Define key metrics and performance indicators to track product success.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on data-driven decision making.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market and field enablement activities.
Work with various stakeholders to refine and improve product execution processes.

Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with a strong background in B2B MarTech or SaaS startup environments.
Proven experience in applying AI strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product plans.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide product decisions.
Demonstrated success in managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience in project management.
