Description
The Principal Software Developer will work with the Engineering Lead to support the Global R&D department.
This position focuses on technical leadership within an Agile team working on the RLDatix Human Capital Management stack. The role includes establishing project standards, delivering high-quality software design and development, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead a multi-disciplinary Agile team for a specific software stack area.
Review, refine, and prioritize functional changes with a constant focus on high-quality deliverables.
Produce clean and efficient code adhering to relevant patterns and design standards.
Actively engage in design and review processes in collaboration with the Architecture team.
Perform verification and validation of product backlog items before handover.
Troubleshoot and debug product issues.
Collaborate with the team to ensure 'Definition of Done' is achieved for all work items.
Requirements
Experience as a Senior Software Developer for at least two years.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft and AWS technologies.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary Agile team.
