Microsoft AI seeks a skilled Growth iOS Engineer to enhance our personalized AI assistant, Copilot. This role involves building consumer experiences, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention through collaboration with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, secure iOS applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 4+ years of iOS development experience.

  • Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Java.

  • Experience in growth engineering roles, driving metrics like acquisition and retention.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design.

  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
