Microsoft AI seeks a skilled Growth iOS Engineer to enhance our personalized AI assistant, Copilot. The ideal candidate will bring positivity, empathy, and kindness while being productive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves building consumer experiences, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention through collaboration with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, secure iOS applications.
Collaborate with teams to enhance user growth and retention.
Implement strategies for user onboarding and feature improvement.
Deliver maintainable, well-tested code.
Analyze user behavior with data science to optimize features.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 4+ years of iOS development experience.
Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Java.
Experience in growth engineering roles, driving metrics like acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
