EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Full-Stack development using Angular and NodeJS. This role supports a critical digital transformation project for one of EPAM's top clients. It offers significant impact and growth opportunities within a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and represent the team in technical forums.

  • Collaborate with the product owner to define stories.

  • Own the technical backlog and participate in architecture review.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain code while implementing UI in Angular.

  • Design and build back-end Micro-services and REST APIs.

  • Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and code reviews.

  • Mentor other developers and work with stakeholders to support data infrastructure needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar.

  • 8+ years of experience in front-end and micro-services development.

  • 4+ years leading a team with technical governance.

  • Experience with Angular, Node.js, Express, and AWS cloud environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC.
