InMoment is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to guide a team of developers in creating innovative customer experience solutions. This role emphasizes technical leadership, innovation, and the delivery of robust software products. The position is remote and based in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers, offering technical guidance and mentorship.

  • Drive the architecture, design, and development of software to meet business and technical needs.

  • Ensure coding, testing, and maintenance meet high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define product visions.

  • Monitor and adjust project progress to meet deadlines and budget.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in technical leadership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft C#/.Net Core, Framework, and Angular/Typescript.

  • Familiarity with Java, Python, or JavaScript is desirable.

  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queuing systems is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.

  • Experience with AWS services like S3, EKS/Kubernetes, and serverless technologies is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
