Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to spearhead an Agile team in developing cutting-edge FinTech software.

Your leadership and technical skills will significantly influence their products and teams, working within Azure Cloud with technologies like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, C#, and .NET Core.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an Agile team in software development.

  • Create and improve software with cutting-edge technologies.

  • Oversee integration of external APIs to enhance platforms.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and daily standups.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record in technical leadership.

  • Experience in mentoring developers and leading Scrum teams.

  • Significant experience with C# and .NET Core microservices development.

  • Thorough understanding of SOLID principles, especially IOC and SRP.

  • SQL and Entity Framework expertise.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably Angular.

  • Cloud development experience, especially Azure.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
