Responsibilities
Strong Guidewire Insurance Suite experience, specifically with Policy Center (Configuration, Integration, Rating).
Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
Plan and monitor project deliverables.
Willing to travel to customer locations if needed.
Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Implement development strategy and provide direction, oversight, and leadership for all development-related activities.
Ensure conformance to standards and processes.
Drive completion of deliverables according to schedule.
Manage development-related communication and environment usage.
Identify, manage, and resolve risks, escalating to project leadership when needed.
Provide development estimates and plan resource allocations.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills for building data mappings from Guidewire Claims/Policy/Billing data models to legacy systems.
Good understanding of Property & Casualty and Group Insurance domains.
Experience in new business, policy administration, claims, and billing operational areas.
Exposure to P&C custom off-the-shelf products like Guidewire Insurance Suite and PolicyCenter.
Experience in analysis, requirement gathering, elicitation, documentation, and testing.
Experience in developing high-impact presentations for internal and external customers.
Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with various business stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and converse comfortably with all facets of the client's organization.
Experience with Agile SCRUM and/or SAFe methodologies.
