Description
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is searching for a Golang Application Development Engineer II for an immediate contract-to-hire position. The role spans 6+ months, with potential for long-term engagement, and is remote within the U.S. Candidates will work on a Full Stack team, focusing mainly on backend development with some front-end tasks.
The pay range for this position is $55 - $58 per hour, and benefits may include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave.
Responsibilities
Work on a development scrum team with 10 engineers and a scrum master.
Use 2-week sprints to develop new TruCare Cloud features for member service improvement.
Focus on 70% backend development such as REST APIs and 30% front-end UI development.
Conduct peer reviews of team members' code.
Collaborate with the team on solutions.
Hold team accountable to agile methodologies and technical best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with an Object-Oriented language like Java, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python.
Experience in building and maintaining RESTful Web services.
Knowledge of Mongo or another No-SQL Database.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Harness.
