This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer (Full-Stack) to join our team. This role requires strong experience with WordPress and React as well as Laravel proficiency. Applicants must be passionate about creating clean, scalable code and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, distributed environment.
Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Assist in testing and debugging code to ensure functionality and quality.

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.

Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code and development processes.

Execute bug fixes.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Participate in troubleshooting/triaging of issues and document them appropriately.

Provide meaningful feedback and project updates to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer needs.

Continuously improve skills through practice and ongoing learning.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years development experience in the WordPress space.

Transparent and reliable, owns both successes and failures.

Strong experience with MySQL.

Knowledge of the product development life cycle.

Strong experience crafting modern PHP and working knowledge of current frameworks.

Proficient in React.js and its core principles.
-
Advanced HTML & CSS knowledge.
-
Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
-
A passion for improving software and systems.
-
Ability to work remotely with little-to-no oversight.
