Description
This is a remote position at Arturo, focusing on creating equitable, resilient, and transparent property intelligence. The Full-Stack Software Engineer plays a key role in developing scalable and responsive web applications along with the APIs that power them. The engineer helps customers analyze, segment, and manage their portfolio via intuitive interactions with Arturo's extensive property attributes.
Responsibilities
Build engaging, scalable, and responsive web applications.
Create sub-second APIs and algorithms for handling large data sets.
Collaborate with a passionate team to challenge and redefine standard industry experiences.
Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
Contribute innovative ideas to elevate team and company goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript for web application development.
Extensive experience with AWS Serverless architectures, including Lambda functions.
Strong ability to develop fast, scalable, and maintainable APIs using AWS AppSync.
In-depth knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow.
Nice to haves: Geospatial software development, CI/CD experience, knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
