Description
The Full Stack Engineer works on the Searchandizing team to improve the e-commerce product search platform.
The candidate uses both backend and frontend technologies to build useful work interfaces for merchandisers.
The candidate writes clean code and supports system operations and automated testing.
The candidate also works to simplify the onboarding process for new team members.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain both backend and frontend components of the Searchandizing dashboard.
Implement new features to improve usability for global e-commerce brands.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high code quality and automated testing practices.
Utilize DevOps tools such as AWS ECS and Cloud Watch to monitor and operate systems.
Support the rollout of improvements to the onboarding process for merchandisers.
Requirements
Have strong experience in backend development using Python.
Have practical experience with DevOps tools such as AWS ECS and Cloud Watch.
Have experience with Flask or similar frameworks for API development.
Have knowledge of automated testing practices and methods.
Have willingness to work with frontend technologies including React and Typescript.
Produce high quality code and perform personal testing.
Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Operate effectively in a remote work environment.
