Grow Therapy is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Billing Platform team. The role involves leading the development of key billing systems essential to the company's operations. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers.
Mentor and provide feedback to team members.
Grow the team through effective hiring.
Work with the product manager and tech lead to define the roadmap and launch projects.
Ensure the health and efficiency of the team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
5+ years in engineering roles.
Experience with full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineering.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of building online services, cloud services, and relational databases.
Ability to think critically about trade-offs between solutions.
