Communicate and collaborate effectively with Product and Design counterparts.
Manage a full-stack team of engineers, ensuring growth and performance management.
Define team's execution strategy to maximize business impact.
Introduce scalable processes to help teams deliver successful products.
Work with recruiting to build a diverse and motivated team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience successfully leading and managing teams.
Deep technical understanding and ability to navigate codebase.
History of setting engineering goals with impact.
Experience in recruiting, building, and scaling teams.
Operates as a business-owner with a strong customer and product focus.
Proficiency in managing ambiguity and stakeholder communication.
