AngelList seeks an Engineering Lead to enhance its core product team. This role involves building and managing a small, high-trust engineering team. The Engineering Lead will contribute to technical decisions, influence product strategy, and directly engage in coding. The position offers a singularly rewarding work environment.
Responsibilities

Build and manage a core engineering team.

Requirements

5 years of experience in writing production code at large scale, preferably in Ruby or React.

2 years of experience in managing or leading engineering teams.

Strong written communication skills.

Ability to make critical decisions in high ambiguity.

Self-starter with a background in starting initiatives or ventures.
