Responsibilities

Conduct research and development on blockchain technologies.

Design, implement, and support distributed blockchain networks, ensuring they are scalable and secure.

Implement automated testing and processes to maintain high code quality.

Document and maintain both new and existing blockchain solutions.

Develop application functionality using various programming languages.

Integrate new tools and technologies to optimize blockchain applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet blockchain technology needs.

Apply expertise in specialized areas such as P2P networking, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
Requirements
-
Over 2 years of hands-on experience in developing blockchain applications.

Proven experience with Layer 0 or Layer 1 blockchain technologies.

Extensive experience with Rust, especially in writing high-performance and secure code.

Knowledge of the Substrate blockchain development framework is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, NodeJS, or Python is a plus.

Experience with major blockchain platforms like Polkadot, Ethereum, or Solana is advantageous.

Building developer tools within the web3 space is highly valued.
