Backend TypeScript Engineer: Partnership Integrations (Remote)

Description
This position focuses on creating efficient integrations between Constructor and partner platforms.
The engineer will write code in TypeScript and JavaScript for both back-end and, at times, front-end parts of the system.
The role values clear and maintainable code and effective testing practices.
The candidate works closely with team members and external engineering groups to ensure smooth data exchanges via REST, GraphQL, and FTP.
The engineer is expected to follow best practices in software development and deliver quality solutions that support enterprise ecommerce needs.
Responsibilities
Write and deploy code across front-end and back-end systems using TypeScript and JavaScript.
Collaborate with partner company engineers to set up reliable integrations.
Work with various data interfaces including REST, GraphQL, and FTP.
Conduct thorough and thoughtful code reviews with teammates.
Contribute to the development of new features for UI and SDK libraries.
Coordinate with different teams to set integration priorities.
Support front-end initiatives on the customer dashboard when needed.
Requirements
At least four years of professional or academic experience in software engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
Availability for regular meetings with Americas-based teammates between 12 and 18 pm UTC.
Experience in architecting efficient server-side applications.
Strong foundation in both server-side and client-side TypeScript and JavaScript.
Ability to interact with external stakeholders and solve new problems daily.
Quick learning ability for new technologies, programming languages, and design patterns.
Bonus: Experience with data processing pipelines and ETL processes.
Bonus: Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
