Deloitte is looking for a Backend Senior Software Developer.
This role is within the US Tax Transformation technology team.
It is an opportunity to contribute to transforming global tax business through digital technology.
As a member of this team, one will help execute Deloitte's tax strategy and engage with clients.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, and support custom applications and modules that meet business requirements.
Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with US colleagues and Vendors' teams to produce software design and architecture.
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
Test and deploy applications and systems, and revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
Develop, support, and maintain applications and technology solutions.
Ensure all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations in scope, functionality, and time, adhering to defined standards.
Get acquainted with development tools, testing methodologies, and project management processes.
Foster collaboration with on-shore and off-shore team members.
Ensure quality and low bug rates of code released into production, and work on agile projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
3+ years of leading technical delivery teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
One of the following accreditations: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or relevant technology certifications.
