Description
GovCIO is looking for an Agile/DevOps SSM to guide Scrum teams through different product lifecycle stages.
This role is fully remote and based in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
Leads a project/scrum team with multidisciplinary staff.
Reviews and manages project statuses and budgets.
Handles project schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops solutions.
Implements monitoring mechanisms for project progress.
Solves problems with team members and managers.
Manages project direction through design, implementation, and testing.
Defines requirements and plans the project lifecycle deployment.
Supervises professional and technical staff.
Coordinates tasks with team members.
Tracks vendor tasks and reviews deliverables.
Ensures adherence to quality standards.
Conducts project tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while following project guidelines.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Suitability clearance.
